Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Websoft Solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website development, ERP integration, and digital services. By proceeding with our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth and dedicated workflow, we follow a strict milestone-based payment policy:
- 50% Advance Payment: Required upfront before the commencement of any project. Work will not begin until this payment is cleared.
- 50% Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared upon project completion and your approval, strictly prior to the final delivery, handover, or making the website live on your domain.
3. Revisions & Free Updates
We are committed to delivering exactly what was agreed upon. Upon project delivery, we provide:
- 15 Days of Free Support: Valid from the date of final delivery. This covers minor text changes, image replacements, and bug fixes on the existing developed layout.
- Paid Additions: Any request for new features, extra pages, or structural layout changes that were not part of the original project scope will be considered additional work and billed separately on a paid basis.
4. Domain & Hosting (Third-Party Services)
Websoft Solutions focuses purely on design, development, and ERP software integration.
Domain names and Web Hosting are purchased through reliable third-party providers. We do not own or manage these servers. Therefore, Websoft Solutions shall not be held liable for any server downtimes, hosting suspensions, or technical issues arising from the third-party hosting provider.
5. Client Responsibilities
The timely completion of your project depends heavily on your cooperation. The client must provide all necessary content, including school logos, text, gallery images, and staff details, in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will naturally extend the project delivery timeline.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once the 50% advance payment is made and the development work has officially started, the advance amount becomes non-refundable, as it covers the initial resource allocation, strategy, and design hours.
